Maximizing Team Performance

Presented by Sam Hatchell

Can you measure team performance? Can you measure communication and relationship on a team? What about alignment and execution?

At Jaynes we have utilized a simple but powerful tool within our project teams, departments and even at our executive committees to create a space that allows us to measure how healthy our teams are. During this session I, Sam Hatchell, will orient you to the simple tool and then have you go through a live excercise of applying the tool to your current team or teams. The desired outcome is that you identify practical next steps your team can take to address performance issues.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, left for a 6 year enlistment in the US Navy where he was a "Navy Nuke", stationed in South Carolina and then Washington state. Returned home to go to UNM for a Construction Management degree. Started in project management for Jaynes in 2008, and quickly started working in Quality, which led to organizational development initiatives, including Leadership Development. Today, his role focuses on the talent, team and organization to Cultivate and Grow The Jaynes Way Culture.

This is an online event. Direct zoom links will be sent prior to the event. The waiting room will open at 7:15 am MDT and the seminar will begin at 7:30 am MDT
