Classes are led by certified personal trainer, Maxie Silkes. Her goal is to make movement and fitness fun and accessible to all.

Her classes are a mix of cardio and traditional strength training moves with the boot camps typically being the highest intensity. But don't mistake lower intensity for easy; each workout will be challenging! They will include a warm-up designed to improve mobility and prime our bodies for the workout ahead, and cool-downs to ensure we bring our heart rates down appropriately.

We will utilize mostly bodyweight while incorporating bands and dumbbells as needed to perform certain movements and make each month's themed class different from the prior month.
