All entry fees will be going towards donations to the Driven Foundation and Prize Cash. Because of this and limited spots, we will NOT REFUND entry fees.

8:00 AM - 8:45 AM

Weight In's

Before the meet starts we will need to gather your body weight, monolift settings, bench settings, and opening attempts for squat, bench, and deadlift.

8:45 AM - 9:00 AM

Rules Meeting/Warm Up

This is where we will go over the rules for the meet. This should only take about 5 minutes tops. After that athletes will be allowed to warmup until 9:00 AM and the competition will begin!

9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Max Effort!

This is the designated time for the competition! We will break the lifters up into flights and have them compete their attempts within their own flight. Once we are done with the Squat, we will go right into the Bench, then into the Deadlift. In the past we have finished between 12:00pm-2:00pm but the ending time will depend on competitors and the time it takes to do each lift.
