Effective product development boils down to knowing how to build high quality, secure, easy to maintain and scalable products as efficiently as possible. It’s not about technology; it’s about setting up a process that allows you to easily measure each of the aforementioned qualities and to use these measurements to drive critical decisions as you build your product.
Join this workshop to learn how to:
- Set up a development process that will enable you to efficiently build a high quality and scalable product
- Demystify and drive the development process with the right metrics
