Mathematics-Driven Innovation Centre (M-DICE) Launch and Showcase Event
We are delighted to announce the Official Launch event of Heriot-Watt University's Mathematics-Driven Innovation Centre, M-DICE.
The event will take place on Monday 1st December 2025 from 12noon at the National Robotarium on the Heriot-Watt Campus, Riccarton, Edinburgh. A buffet lunch will be provided.
The M-DICE Launch and Showcase event will provide an opportunity to explore the value of mathematical sciences in industry, business and government and how it can contribute to interdisciplinary and industrial problem solving by providing state-of-the-art mathematical knowledge and techniques tailored to the challenges of the 21st century.
We are honoured to welcome Professor Dame Alison Etheridge FRS, the President of the Academy for the Mathematical Sciences, to open the event.
