LH Maternal Health Series: History of midwives in the Black Community

Lucinda’s House is a nonprofit, in Windsor, that addresses maternal health equity through health education, community engagement, advocacy, and research. This community seminar will discuss the history of traditional Black midwives, their influence on birth in the Black community, and the relevance of this history today.
