Material Memory: Papermaking & Bookbinding Workshop

Material Memory: Papermaking & Bookbinding Workshop

Overview

With Lex Turnbull and N.Masani Landfair

Join TCP Residents Lex Turnbull and N. Masani Landfair for Material Memory, a two-part hands-on workshop exploring papermaking, collage, and bookbinding through material transformation and tactile storytelling.

Participants will create handmade paper from pulp, fibers, organic materials, and found objects, then transform the paper into bound sculptural books through collage and simple binding techniques.

This workshop invites participants to think about paper as both a material and a vessel for memory, accumulation, repair, and experimentation.
