Porter County Substance Abuse Council

Porter County Substance Abuse Council invites you to attend a Townhall meeting on the topic of Medication Assisted Treatment (M.A.T.). We are in the midst of an opioid crisis and our communities are looking for more effective solutions to stop its rising death toll. One of those solutions is M.A.T., but it has been met with some controversy.
In order to educate ourselves on all the aspects and considerations we need to know about M.A.T., we have put together a panel of law enforcement, treatment providers, and individuals with lived experience to help us deep dive into the fact and fiction of this addiction treatment. 
 
Upon registration for this event, we invite you to ask a question or raise an issue that you may have about M.A.T. to be addressed through this evening's moderated discussion.
