Through a series of controlled movements on the mat, we work to strengthen the deep core muscles, improve alignment, and support overall body awareness. The practice combines precise exercises with mindful breathing to create a balanced and effective workout. Suitable for all levels, with options and modifications offered when needed.


Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.

The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building.
