About this event

Whether you are dealing with chronic stress, difficulty focusing, anxiety or depression, the average person struggles daily to master the fluctuations of the mind. The study of Raja Yoga is an ancient system for mastering the mind and preparing the adept for spiritual evolution. Wrangle the monkey mind so you can create the life you want to live.

Cultivate awareness of the five states of mind: Kshipta (distracted), Mudha (dull), Vikshipta (partially focused), Ekagra (one-pointed), and Niruddha (completely controlled). This five week series will workshop each state of mind.

Class 1: Cultivating Awareness
Class 2: Awakening Clarity
Class 3: Harnessing Focus
Class 4: Cultivating Calmness
Class 5: Mastering Meditation

From the scattered and restless mind of Kshipta to the concentrated and focused state of Ekagra, participants will learn how to tailor their yoga practice to align with the prevailing state of their mind. Through a blend of theory, practical exercises, and guided meditation, attendees will deepen their understanding of these states, ultimately fostering a more harmonious and balanced relationship with their inner selves. Come join us on this exploration of the mind and spirit through the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
