- Understanding the inverse square law and how it affects the way your speedlight works
- Understanding TTL flash metering
- How and when to use your speedlight in manual mode
- Useful flash modifiers
You will need an interchangeable lens camera and speedlight with a tilting head to get the most out of this course.
Instructor - Steve Daubs
Steve’s passion for photography was born in the streets of Chicago followed by late nights in the darkroom in his college years at Northwestern University. Since then, he’s worked as a photojournalist, travel photographer, and, for the past 10 years, as a wedding and portrait photographer in Florida and Wisconsin. With more than a decade of experience teaching, he loves demystifying photographic concepts and helping people understand not only how to do something but why it matters.
