She’s been a TV news reporter, anchor, producer, and voice-over professional. Her voice-over clients include Disney, Marriott, and NFL Films. With The Confidence Project, Tracy works with companies including Intel and Nike, and First Republic Bank to create a culture where people are more confident and work together better. As a coach, she works with executives who want to elevate their professional presence and refine their public speaking and presentation skills.Recently, Tracy has shifted from in-person to virtual training and developed a specialized series called Mastering Virtual Communications. Her new book <a href="https://www.confidenceproject.com/book" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The NEW Hello</a> was released in fall 2020.
