Yes. You do not need to be outgoing to attend. The focus is on communicating more comfortably and getting your ideas across—not changing your personality or becoming the loudest person in the room.

How long is the event, and when should I arrive?

The event lasts about 1 hour, but due to it being open forum has run as long as an hour and 15 minutes.  You should arrive some time between 10:30 and 11.  We usually start right at 11.

Nothing is required to be brought to the event. We do recommend brining your own, preferred note taking equipment.  Please no recording or videoing, including for ai note takers.  This includes Meta Glasses.
