This workshop aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of Agile User Stories, enabling them to create, enhance, and refine User Stories effectively within Agile frameworks.   • Why User Stories Matter

Creating Effective User Stories:

  • Analyze the anatomy of User Stories through the INVEST criteria.
  • Apply knowledge by crafting User Stories following best practices.
  • Evaluate and refine User Stories based on practical scenarios.

Enhancing User Stories:

  • Enhance User Stories by adding detail through acceptance criteria.
  • Implement techniques for continual refinement and improvement.
  • Foster collaboration for peer review and refinement processes.

Ideally all members of a Scrum team work together in product discovery and

development and should attend the workshop together. At the very least, each

team should have three people participating who lead Product Management, User

Experience and Software Engineering on the Scrum team. Those who will benefit
