Hi everonye! I'm Alessandra, Italian by origins and adopted by Switzerland since the year 2009! I am an events organizer at heart, and I love many things: food, restaurants, travelling, reading, writing and dancing. This last is truly my "therapeutical" self-care technique.Since the year 2017 I have created my own start-up, named FindYourWay Coaching. I dedicate myself to two main audiences:- For companies,  I act as a mental wellbeing strategist. From A to Z, no matter where you are in your employees' mental health assistance program. I work at the intersection of communication and mental wellbeing. I believe the power of speaking up influences our mental health too much: and this is where I am an advocate for non-violent communication and mental health ambassadors- For individuals, I create communication trainings on the topic of self-esteem, assertiveness and authentic communication.The type of events that I host are based either on mental wellbeing topics (stress, time, boundaries, self-care) but also on authentic communication.I hold the events mostly online, but check-out a few of my in person ones too!I'm not on the most popular social media, but me and my company we are indeed on Linkedin! How to navigate difficult conversations - and how your mental health will benefit from it

From the workplace to family situations, difficult conversations are everywhere. Sometimes we avoid them, but they always come back. Sometimes we confront them, but we are left feeling unsatisfied. We wonder “What if I had said it in a different way. Was I too aggressive or simply insecure &quot;? or “Is it even possible to have a healthy disagreement or saying NO”? It can be frustrating.A very common human fear is face-to-face communication, or more specifically, confrontational communication. The fact that the world is moving forward at a fast pace means that we are required to produce impromptu responses. This is a challenging transition for many of us. The good news: there is a way. Communication, when used well, can become our best ally in preparing, initiating and handle any difficult conversation. What we don&#x27;t say takes a toll on our mental health, and it is important to be able to communicate with self -clarity.After years dedicating herself to the art of assertive, non-violent communication and mental wellbeing best practices, Alessandra from <a href="https://www.findyourway.company/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">FindYourWay Coaching </a>has designed this 2.5 hour masterclass to help you navigate these difficult conversations.By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to handle confrontational questions and situations in a conﬁdent and assertive way, speak honestly and tactfully, stay in control, and use a responding method to help others ﬁnd common ground.What will we cover exactly?<ul><li>Preparing for a difficult conversation, mentally and physically.</li><li>What are the best sentences to introduce a difficult topic to any audience (family members, managers, colleagues, friends).</li><li>How to make requests of behavioral changes from others or communicate things that bother/hurt us.
