In this three hour intensive MasterClass, you will:

THIS MASTERCLASS IS A GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF:

This intensive session is designed for those at either end of the "assertiveness spectrum". </LI>

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for parking, if you prefer extra time on the first exercise or if you'd like to purchase a meal next door at Crema cafe. 
HOMEWORK: Seven days before your MasterClass, you'll receive additional pre-MasterClass homework instructions that take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete, so that you get the most from your three hours with us. You will also want to hold March 25th from 5:30 to 7pm on your calendar in case you want to take advantage of the additional complimentary Drills Studio session.

Will refreshments or food be provided? 
Yes - we will provide wine, spritzers and light snacks at all MasterClasses. If you would prefer a more robust meal, we recommend arriving early to purchase a sandwich or snack next door at Crema Cafe. 
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes, attendees must be 14 years old or older.  
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Street parking is free after 6pm and we're on multiple bus lines, the streetcar, as well as at a Niketown Bike Hub. 
Can I bring my dog to the event?
We do not allow pets during workshops or MasterClasses to ensure we're inclusive to those with allergies.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Nope! Just your homework which we'll email you about 7 days prior to the MasterClass or workshop.  
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, but you'll want to email us at hello@1111supply.com with the new attendees's name and email address.  
Is the location wheelchair accessible?
Yes! We are on the ground floor and can accomodate wheelchairs. Feel free to email us in advance if you have any additional questions or requests.
