The main part of the class takes place over 3 days, but it kicks off one week early with a voluntary "PRIMER" session. See the schedule below:


  • PRIMER: Wednesday, May 8 — 9am -12pm EDT (NYC) ***This is a voluntary 3-hour prep session to set you up for success in Masterclass 1. We strongly encourage you to participate—otherwise, you'll hear us say "We told you so."***
  • DAY 1: Wednesday, May 15 — 9am-1pm EDT (NYC)
  • DAY 2: Thursday, May 16 — 9am-1pm EDT (NYC)
  • DAY 3: Friday, May 17 9am-1pm EDT (NYC) ***This is a required session featuring final presentations, client critique, and an open Q+A to end the Masterclass.

Sessions will run **live** online using Zoom. Activity sprints will use Miro for team collaborations. Cohorts and presentations take place during workshop sessions, but teams may continue to work between sessions.

ABOUT MARZIO BUTTARELLI

Marzio is a seasoned leader with almost two decades of success in driving sales, marketing, and revenue growth throughout consumer goods industries. As a strategic thinker, Marzio has consistently outmaneuvered challenges to build successful teams and capitalize on the development of new business.

As Strategy & Business Development Officer at Bialetti Industrie Spa, Marzio works closely with the CEO to shape the company's growth trajectory. Leading the Strategic Marketing and Business Development team, he leads the analysis of market trends, creates valuable partnerships, and oversees cross-functional expansion projects.

Before joining Bialetti in his current role, he was President of SMEG USA.

Marzio earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the Università Degli Studi Di Parma, and continued his studies in Strategy & Innovation and Strategic Positioning at SDA Bocconi Milan.

ABOUT ANDY STARR

Andy is an award-winning brand architect and visionary, provoking business with principles of brand and creative collaboration.

His passion for the intersection of business, brand, and education has served clients including Duke University, Ferrari N.A., Starbucks, YouTube, and even a Pope.

A musician and recovering law student, Andy is the co-founder and managing partner of Level C. He splits his time between the US and Austria.

Marty is an international author, designer, and brand adviser committed to bringing the principles and processes of design to business.
