In this 3-person semi-personal workshop, you will learn:

  • The Deadlift & Dead Pull: Master the hinge and bar path for maximum posterior power.
  • Vertical vs. Horizontal Pulling: Dial in Chin-ups, Lat Pull-downs, and One-Arm Rows to engage the back.
  • Shoulder "Pre-hab": Bulletproof your rotator cuffs with Rear Delt Flys and Machine Reverse Flys.
  • Accessory Toning: Target the "V-taper" and lats with Dumbbell Pullovers and TRX/Inverted Rows.
  • The Scapular Set: Learn to "pack" your shoulders to prevent impingement and chronic neck tension.
