Program Overview:
This program provides information for homeowners participating in post-purchase education and offers continued guidance from housing professionals to support successful, long-term homeownership.

Post-Purchase Education is offered by La Casa de Esperanza, a nonprofit(HUD)–approved Housing Counseling Agency dedicated to helping individuals and families increase income, build savings, and grow assets.

Our focus on financial wellness is supported through a variety of programs and services, including Pre-Purchase and Post-Purchase homeownership education and counseling, free tax preparation, employment coaching, financial coaching, and financial wellness workshops. Our people-centered approach reflects our belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to strengthen their financial well-being and sustain successful homeownership.
