MAS Mobile Workshop
Join us for a hands-on mobile workshop on the newly released Maximo Application Suite version 9 at the IBM Office - 500 Woodward Ave, Suite 2450! Get ready to dive into the world of MAS Mobile and learn about all the features and functionality in a hands-on workshop. Bring your own mobile device that we can download the IBM Mobile App onto and connect you to one of our Maximo Application Suite version 9 Demo environments. We will show you how to create your own work orders and inspections and assign them to yourself in MAS Manage and then access them on your mobile device to practice all the functionality and see how easy it is to navigate and work on IBM's Mobile Solution. Learn from Vinicius Garmatz and Francisco Coelho, Product Managers for our IBM Maximo Mobile Team. As a bonus, we will have Stan Smith, Program Director of Maximo Product Management, cover all the new features available in MAS 9, including Mobile! Whether you're a Maximo beginner or a pro, this event is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their MAS Mobile skills, work on the newly released MAS 9 and network with other Maximo users!

It is FREE! Breakfast, coffee, snacks, drinks and lunch are provided during the Workshop. An optional dinner is also free at a local restaurant. The only cost is your travel.
Participants will be working on the newly released MAS version 9.0, including Manage 9 and Mobile 9.
Please bring your own mobile device (phone or tablet) that can download the IBM Mobile App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Pen and notebook will be provided. Feel free to bring your laptop if desired. (No checking email, texting, or outside working in the conference room, please!)
We will have a limited number of additional mobile devices you can borrow for the workshop or you can work in teams with others in the workshop.
We will have a Teams meeting set up, so you may attend virtually. The morning presentations are fine to view in Teams, however, it will be a little difficult to participate in the Workshop portion without being in the conference room. - We will do our best to accommodate those who cannot travel.
Parking is available for a cost in the One Detroit Garage with entrance on E Congress Street (Address is 201 Larned St, Detroit, MI 48226) - Exit on the first floor of the garage and cross the courtyard to the Ally Building back entrance. The Elevator bay on the left will take you to the 24th floor.
The office is on the 24th floor of the Ally Building at 500 Woodward Ave. in Suite 2450. If the door is not open, you can ring the doorbell for entrance. We will have a sign-in desk inside the IBM office door for you to sign in and pick up your goodie bag.
Dress comfortably. Casual or business casual is fine. We plan to take those who wish to join us to dinner that night at 5:30pm, so if going to dinner, dress appropriately.

There is a question regarding dietary needs during the registration process. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions we need to be aware of.
Yes! The event is limited to the first 50 that sign up due to space available. A waiting list will be provided if registration is full and you will be notified if a space becomes available.
Please let us know immediately if you are unable to attend the workshop so we may let others know who are on the waiting list. Also, we need to let catering know how many people to expect and with what dietary restrictions so we have accurate counts and don't order too little or too much food. Thx!
The MAS Mobile Workshop will be held at our IBM Office on the 24th floor of the Ally Building at 500 Woodward Ave., Suite 2450, Detroit, MI 48226. The Workshop will be held in Conference room 2416 inside the IBM office. Signage and staff will be available to direct you to the conference room.
