About this event

  • 4 days 2 hours
  • Camp runs from 10 am to 12 pm Monday June 17th through Friday June 21st
  • Each day consists of 50 minutes of review and instruction, a 10 minute break then 50 more minutes of fun drills and application
  • $75 includes a t-shirt and a pair of foam chucks
  • Campers can wear comfortable clothing or martial arts uniforms. We have uniforms available for purchase as well
  • We have a fridge here so campers can bring their own drinks and snacks and there is water and Gatorade available for $1
  • The camp is geared toward ages 5-13, class is broken up into groups based on age
  • We can easily adjust the material for all levels of fitness and prior martial arts experience
  • Each day will focus on different specific self defense techniques including but not limited to: footwork, striking, blocking, falling, grab and ground defenses. Campers who pick up all of the material may be eligible to test for rank by the end of the camp
  • If you need to miss a day or two of the camp you can schedule a private lesson to make up the missed material at any time during the week
