<P>On August 18, 2016, the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) issued ASU 2016-14, which will change the way financial statements and disclosures are currently presented. The purpose of the standard is to improve the current net asset classification requirement and the information presented in financial statements and notes about a not-for-profit entity's liquidity, financial performance, and cash flows. The change is effective for annual financial statements issued for fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2017.</P>
