MARCH

The Lily Tomlin/Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Center is a program of the Los Angeles LGBT Center. Our theatres at The Village at Ed Gould Plaza include the Renberg Theatre, a 200 seat state-of-the-art theatre, and the Davidson/Valentini Theatre, a 50 seat black box theatre.Since 1969 the Los Angeles LGBT Center has cared for, championed and celebrated LGBT individuals and families in Los Angeles and beyond.  Today, through our health center, shelters, performance stages and classrooms, we provide services for more LGBT people than any other organization in the world.  We are an unstoppable force in the fight against bigotry and the struggle to build a better world; a world in which LGBT people can be healthy, equal and complete members of society.

Our new Garage Theatre series unleashes an innovative experiment in drive-in
theater!

A co-production between LGBT Center and Playwrights&#x27; Arena&quot;[A] suspenseful, starkly political drama of peril and liberation... combines the immediacy of live theater with the security of a drive-in theater.&quot; - Shari Barrett, Culver City NewsThe first production, MARCH, is conceived and directed by Jon Lawrence Rivera.It&#x27;s 2045. In a world of mortal danger, three Trans/Gender Non-Conforming women of color seek a safe place to hide from the forces of tyranny and oppression. Darkly fearful and incorporating elements of magic realism, MARCH is a suspenseful, starkly political drama of peril and liberation.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------A few things to know before arriving to our new Garage Theater series:Only reserve ONE(1) ticket per car. The one (1) $20 ticket covers everyone in your vehicle! Sound will be played on your car radio via a station that will be provided when you arrive. Parking spaces will be numbered, and front of house will guide you. There will also be a digital program available online. We encourage you to order food from our New Liberation Coffee House! Offering 3 different tasty box treats. We will not be serving beverages, so B.Y.O.B. is also encouraged. You will be able to eat and drink in your cars. Purchased box meals will be provided upon arrival. And each car will be given a small popcorn free of charge. Box meal: $10-$25 (You may order as an add-on when you choose your date. Please note the cutoff time for food orders is 12 PM on the Friday of each week.)Running time for each showing is 40 minutes!<ul><li>General COVID-19 Safety - Please follow social distancing rules at all times. Remain inside your vehicle at all times except for using the restroom. Wear a mask at all times outside of your vehicle, as well as when speaking to our attendants with your window down. </li></ul><ul><li>Restrooms facilities will be available onsite, however, we encourage the use of restrooms before arriving. We will have signs guiding you to the Senior Services building where the restrooms are located. Secure face coverings over mouth and nose when using the restrooms.</li></ul><ul><li>There will be NO LATE ADMITTANCE and NONREFUNDABLE tickets</li></ul><ul><li>Tickets will only be available on Eventbrite and at the Box Office on the night of the show - UNLESS SOLD OUT!</li></ul><ul><li>Post show, cars will be told when to exit. Please be respectful and wait in your parking space until instructed to do so. </li></ul> **Please keep in mind that there is nothing more important than your safety.
