Get moving throughout the month of March! Increase your steps to equal an EXTRA 26.2 miles over the course of 31 days. Join a community of people who want to be healthier but still need to take the steps to do so. We will have tips from local wellness industry professionals and prizes throughout the month. This can be done where ever you are locally. Join our Facebook group for support and fun!You CAN do this! It is as simple as walking an extra 2000 to 2500 steps a day (an extra 15 - 20 minutes )!
