Meeting point is the carpark near the Windy Hill mast on Ripponden Road OL3 5UN not goat from the Saddleworth Junction of the M62

This really is a stunning Walk taking in some fantastic sites along the way this is an11mile Circular and should take us about 6 hours

we will start at Windy before going on to white Hill and March Hill before heading towards Marsden and taking the bottom path around Pule Hill before picking the Pennine way back up and heading towards Standedge which offers Fantastic views over the Castleshaw Valley and beyond


theres some steep and rough ground on this walk but I would say it's relatively easy


Please make sure you wear suitable footwear and bring enough supplies to last you atleast 6 1/2 hours


Dogs are welcome as long as they are kept under control by the owner
