March for #OorFuture

We have organised this as individuals, all groups or other individuals welcome.

A family friendly march around EK Town Centre to raise awareness of climate change and campaign for a strong climate change bill in the Scottish Parliament. Taking this strong action on climate change will also deliver clean air, tackle fuel poverty, provide better public transport and create new long lasting green jobs for Scotland. 
We will be using banners and shakers made on 16th Feb and the walk will take a maximum of one hour along Cornwall Way, Rothesy Street and Churchill Avenue on mostly flat, even terrain. 
Assemble 2pm, East Kilbride Bus Station. People unable to walk or wheel this distance will still be able to take part in the demo as the march will kick off at 210pm, expecting to return around 3pm.
