Still not convinced? We're inviting you to a FREE workout and orientation session. We hold these sessions every Sunday at 10:00 am. Pick a Sunday that works for you and come meet us, tell us your goals and running history and we'll show you how we can help you conquer your goals.
The program is broken into 4 week modules. You can continue as many 4 week modules as you need to get to the point you want to be.
Each 4 week period you will receive:
- Weekly Customized Running Plans with access via VDOT app.
- Text message access to running coach for any questions, along with weekly check ins and pre and post race calls.
- Acces to over 40 Guided Group Workouts options per week to choose, including Recovery Classes and Strength Training for Runners Classes
- Nutritional Seminars
- Functional Movement Screening. We will see how your body moves and identify your imbalances and restrictions so we can put the focus on getting your body moving the way it should.
- Monthly Body Composition Analysis. We will monitor your progress using our SECA bio-impedance device to show you quantifiable numbers to track your progress.
- Weekly running and cycling groups. You don't have to run alone or stick to just running the whole program. Give your body a break and cross train
- 3-6 Social Events. Everything from hikes, excursion workouts to Galveston, bike tours, concerts, comedy shows, movie nights, happy hours and much more. If you are going to be successful, you need to surround yourself with like minded people. These events are designed to introduce you to tons of people who share your goals.
- 1 Sauna and Ice Bath Therapy session per week. Your body needs to recover. Sauna and Ice Bath Therapy has numerous health benefits including: reducing inflammation, increasing metabolism, improving sleep, improving mental health, speeding up recovery and more.

You will get all of this for ONLY $274 for every 4 week period. You also have the option break it into 2 payments a month or get a discount and pay for the full program up front.

Meet our Running Coach:
Dr. Amber Lowe
Dr. Amber Lowe, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT is a runner, physical therapist and run coach in Houston, Texas. Amber completed her Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy in 2012 from Belmont University. She also has a sports and manual therapy fellowship that she completed in 2016. Amber also became an Orthopedic Board Certified Specialist in June of 2018. In January 2024, Dr. Amber Completed her Level 1 and 2 Running Gait Analyst Certifications.
She personally saw the impact that having a running coach can have through working with one for 4 years. Now, she has been coaching athletes for over 3 years and enjoys it very much!!
She will hold you accountable for your training (even in the summer months) and help you navigate your training plan when something comes up in life such as an illness, injury, travel, etc.
