Mar de Molada
Storytelling, science and music explore water, territory and climate through the journey of the Piave River across the Veneto region.
Mar de Molada
by and with Marco Paolini with the Coro delle Cicale, conducted by Giuseppina Casarin
A special evening where storytelling, science, and poetry intertwine to raise awareness on the urgent need for a more sustainable management of water resources.
Through songs and narratives, the performance explores the deep connection between water and territory, tracing the hydrological and geological transformations of the Veneto region.
It originates from an itinerant, open-air theatre journey that, in 2024, followed the Piave River from the Marmolada glacier to the Adriatic Sea—turning landscape into stage, and memory into collective action.
