Mapping The Sawkill: Community Mapping Workshop
Overview
Join us for a collaborative mapping experience that invites participants to explore the Sawkill through observation, memory & storytelling.
Using drawing, collage, writing, conversation, and simple mapping techniques, we'll create maps that express our relationship with the Sawkill while contributing to a shared portrait of the watershed.
No mapping experience or artistic skills are necessary—just curiosity.
The maps will be featured in the WAAM exhibit opening October 23 and 24.
