No prior experience is required. Our sessions are beginner-friendly, and I will guide you through the practice step by step.

Do I need to bring anything to the sessions?

We recommend bringing a water bottle to hydrate and wearing comfortable clothing. You may also bring your own cushion if you like but we provide chairs, blankets and supports for comfort. If you want, you could bring a notebook to take down mantras.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a refund up to 24 hours beforehand. Unfortunately we can't issue refunds within 24 hours but ask us about rescheduling and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that the space is located upstairs and does not have a lift. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have accessibility needs or require assistance, please contact us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What time should I arrive for the meditation session?

We recommend arriving at 8.25pm to be settled and ready for the 8.30pm start.

Why does the session start late in the evening?

Accepted Answer

The session should help you process your day, wind down, and hopefully find a sense of calm. We recommend that once you arrive home to go to bed as soon as possible. The session may help with getting to sleep and having a better quality of sleep.
