Mantra & Movement is a fusion of positive affirmations and dance to create both physical and mental manifestation in your life. From Dancehall to Yoga to Cardio and beyond. You will leave class feeling energized and ready to conquer the day.

Tap in with us on Wednesdays at 10am for Mantra & Movement! This class is both physical and mental. Ages 18+ ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
