We invite you to join us in creating a vision for how to develop the South End of Downtown Manchester. Join us for a one-day charrette!

Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) Millyard Facility

Constantly dealing with traffic can be stressful. What if you could live, work, and play in an environment with safe and convenient options to walk, bike, or take transit to most of your destinations? An effort to provide this kind of living option is underway right now in the South End of Downtown Manchester.A planning effort is underway to identify new places to live, work, and play. This planning effort is exploring options for adding new apartments, condos, offices, shops, parks, and plazas all within a 5 to 10-minute walk of a new bus hub and rail station in the South End of Downtown Manchester.JOIN USWe invite you to join us as we come together to plan for a better future for the South End of Downtown Manchester. Please plan to attend this charrette event where new ideas and concepts for development will be posed to participants. The charrette will include a series of activities that will you opportunities to steer the design process and help select solutions for development of the South End of Downtown Manchester.VENUEThe Charrette will take place at Southern New Hampshire University&#x27;s Millyard Building. Attendees are asked to enter from 186 Granite Street and take the stairs or elevator up to the 3rd floor. Follow the signs leading you to the event!PARKINGThere is NO parking on South Commercial Street, there is NO parking in the SNHU garage, and there is NO parking in the surface lot in front of SNHU. Event attendees are encouraged to park in one of the lots in the below graphic titled &quot;Where Do I Find Parking?&quot;. The City lot is metered and the Garage at the Center of NH charges a fee for parking.
