Every month the Healthy Hearts Support Group will feature a different speaker discussing heart healthy topics ranging from blood pressure, diabetes and hands-only CPR to understanding tests, staying active and what to expect after a heart attack.

Refreshments will be provided, and there are free blood pressure checks at every meeting!
