Teams Thursday New England Goes Virtual: Managing Virtual Brainstorming, Innovation Processes, and Decision Making in a Time of Coronavirus

Webinar #3 - Thursday, April 16 at 12pm EDT - Managing Virtual Brainstorming, Innovation Processes, and Decision Making in a Time of Coronavirus

Brainstorming, designing, and deciding are challenges in the physical world, often because it’s easy to get left behind if a participant is not an extrovert or in the “in crowd.” One of the beauties of being virtual is that it’s easier to create opportunities for equal participation, engagement, and opinion. We’ll talk about ways you can use Teams (synchronously and asynchronously) to draw out the creative diversity of your group, pull together ideas and tasks, and shift from ideation into effective design.

Thriving in our Virtual Work During the Coronavirus Outbreak

Teams Thursday New England (TTNE) couldn't happen on the planned date due to the novel coronavirus crisis. While we have rescheduled TTNE for June 3 and hope we will be able to hold the event then, we wanted to offer some valuable content in the interim.

Many of us are forced to learn how to work in a different mode during this trying time. We may not be able to work from our normal location; we may not be interacting with the same people; and we are learning how to manage the lines between our personal and professional lives in new ways.

Join our team of remote work experts for a series of webinars to discuss ways to succeed given so many unknowns. The format is a small panel of veteran VirtualManiacs who will share some perspectives, and you can contribute your own tips and questions. We also will compile all our Teams Thursday New England VirtualMania insights into a compendium for all to share.
