MANAGING ANXIETY AND MENTAL HEALTH TRAINING PROGRAM

This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of anxiety and mental health, focusing on strategies and techniques for managing and promoting mental well-being. Through a combination of theoretical foundations, practical exercises, and discussions, students will gain insight into the factors that contribute to anxiety and learn evidence-based approaches for maintaining and improving mental health.

The entire curriculum:

  • encompasses a total of 50 hours of training (3-4 WEEKS)
  • uses English language as a medium of instruction.

Educational Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must provide proof of a High School Diploma or a GED. Student may provide college transcripts in lieu of High School Diploma or GED.
