Our goal is to create a small, interactive atmosphere so attendees feel comfortable and encouraged to share. For this reason, we will accommodate the first 20 Spa Managers registered for each class.

In the event your organization does not have someone that can properly train and develop a new Spa Manager, you may choose to make this their first week of onboard training.

Assistant Managers & Franchisees are welcome, but priority will be given to those in the Spa Manager role.

Managers must attend in-person for the entire duration of the course to receive credit. On day 4 we end at 1pm please plan travel accordingly.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the training session?

Class sessions start at 9AM ET each day and typically run until 5PM from Tuesday - Thursday. End times may vary slightly depending on the number of attendees and the level of engagement. On Friday, class will conclude at 2PM, allowing ample time for those traveling to catch flights as early as 5PM.

Where should I stay?

The following hotels are less than 3 miles away from the office: Hampton Inn & Suites (H&S rate of $ 139) provide corp lD #273372 when booking and request a morning shuttle to the office if needed -OR- Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Bensalem (H&S rate $ 139).

What is the nearest airport to the training location?

The nearest airport is Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). It typically takes around 30-40 minutes to drive from the airport to Trevose. You may also fly into Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), which is around 1.5 hours away.

What is the dress code?

You may dress casually. Be sure to pack a sweater as it tends to be chilly in our training room.

Will meals be provided during the training?

Yes, lunch is provided each day.
