Sept 19th at 6 PM - Preparing for Birth: Learn how Physical Therapy can help optimize your strategies and prepare you for labor &amp; delivery with PT, Dr. Rachel Clausen.
Sept 26th at 1 PM - Recovering from Birth: It takes time to heal after pregnancy and birth. Come learn how physical therapy can facilitate the process and help you get back to pain, leaking and bulge-free movement with PT, Dr. Joanna Hess. Bring your baby!
Oct 3rd at 1 PM - Exercises for Post-Partum Recovery: Learn specific exercise tools to help with diastasis recti, urinary incontinence, prolapse and other common post-partum conditions with PT, Dr. Stephanie Stamas. Come ready to move and feel free to bring your baby!
