Lindsay will facilitate a step-by-step demonstration on how to create your very own Mala necklace. The demonstration and hands-on instruction will give you time to ask questions about technique, crystal properties, and anything else that might come to mind. All supplies are included in the workshop price.What is a Mala necklace? Mala necklaces can be significant in various ways to those who wear or use them. They are traditionally made with 108 beads (a sacred number in yoga and meditation) and can be used in meditation, during yoga, for setting intentions, for the properties of their stones or crystals, or just to make you feel (and look!) good!Included in the workshop price:- All supplies to make your own necklace- Your first mimosa or coffee drink- A Mala necklace made by YOU including take-home instructions, crystal descriptions, and a jewelry bag- Good company and conversation with fellow Girl BossesAll Girl Bosses are welcome, even if you have no prior experience or knowledge in Mala necklaces, mindfulness, or jewelry making.
