Linda Black (The Yoga-Life Mentor) E-RYT500, C-IAYT, HHC– Linda is a Certified Yoga Instructorand has been teaching yoga classes since 2001. In 2015 received her training as a Facilitator in The Virtues Project (www.virtuesproject.com),a global grassroots initiative to inspire the practice of virtues in everyday life.In 2018 Earning the prestigious "Health Coach Leadership Award" from Institute of Integrative Nutrition. And that same year earning her Certification as a Yoga Therapist/Trainer.With over 1000 training hours and 4000 teaching hours, she has helped 1000’s of students align, tune-in, strengthen, reduce pain, lose weight, and live healthy. Her studies include training in Ayurveda, restorative yoga practices, meditation, nutrition, business training, 200 and 500 hour teacher training with an additional 100 hour Immersion + 100 hour Teacher Training in Anusara Yoga. She has practiced with and trained in extensive workshops with John Friend, Adam Ballenger, Desiree Rumbaugh, Bryan Kest, D’ana Baptiste, Baron Baptiste, Sianna Sherman, Corena Hammer and more.Linda enjoys the outdoors and combines her love of yoga, mindfulness, and hiking with retreats offered in the beautiful red rocks of southern Utah to the mountain ranges of the Wasatch front.She is passionate about nutrition and believes that most ailments of the body can be repaired or at least alleviated with the right food and mindset. She is a respecter of the body, mind, and soul with a life-long pursuit to help others move into their best health through yoga, exercise and mindful eating.

<P><SPAN>Please join Kathy Hollingsworth and Linda Black for a fun and educational evening of Mala making!</SPAN><BR><BR><SPAN>Light refreshments served.</SPAN><BR><BR><SPAN>Enjoy the beautiful sounds of ancient Mantra as we dive into the traditional art of Mala Making. </SPAN><BR><BR><SPAN>Learn the wisdom of numerology that adds to the purpose and energy of each hand-made mala. </SPAN><BR><BR><SPAN>To create your perfect vibe, you will have several types of natural gemstone beads to choose from and all the materials required to make the Malas. These traditional malas (prayer beads) are made with 108 beads, guru bead, and tassel. </SPAN><BR><BR><SPAN>Natural materials are used to allow the unique energy of the beads to shine through. Malas contain sacred prayers you can wear as a reminder and talisman.</SPAN><BR><BR><STRONG><SPAN>Mala kits are limited and are first come first serve. We will sell out!
