CHANGE IS INEVITABLE. WE HELP INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS NAVIGATE IT WITH PURPOSE.
Feeling burned out or unclear? Need to focus your mission/purpose, or in the midst of a transition? 
This FREE workshop is for you.
We often face multiple changes (real or potential) at any given moment: a move to a new apartment, a new team at work, a parent moving in, uncertainty about career or purpose - the list goes on. We naturally go through transitions as we develop, and, without knowing it, hold stress in our bodies in relation to these transitions.
Change management often focuses on the mental, psychological, behavioral and even emotional aspects of change - without recognizing that we are kinesthetic at our core.
MAKING MOVES combines these aspects, using modalities such as dance movement therapy, aromatherapy, breathing techniques and affirmative visualizations to help individuals (in a group) and private groups to gain clarity and more effectively navigate decision-making and change.
Afraid of some of these terms because you’ve never heard them? Don’t be. More than anything, this class is FUN, and it has been dubbed “Oprah's Super Soul Sunday through movement” by participants. It is low impact, guided, and non-judgmental. You will leave feeling energized, relaxed, and most of all - CLEAR!

*Our Making Moves series for individuals has also proven to be highly effective for organizational teams and leaders who are leading staff through change or dealing with their own transitions. Is dance experience necessary?
No! This is not a dance class. It is based in movement, but you can choose to move as little or as much as you like. Our participants have ranged from CEOs to children. Trust us, you will love it. 
 
What should I wear? Can I come straight from work?
Comfortable clothes are preferable, but we invite you to come as you are.
 
Can I bring friends/co-workers? 
Yes! We invite you to bring whomever you like - we just ask that you register if possible, so that we know how many to expect. The more, the merrier!
