This event is open to everyone! If you are under the age of 16, an adult must be present with you.

Expect an all-levels unheated yoga class followed by a discussion on the significance of ritual and a matcha demonstration. We will enjoy a tea social afterward with complimentary matcha from PERC Coffee.

Comfortable and breathable clothing that does not restrict movement. We also invite you to wear your favorite earth tones and/or shades of green but not required!

Just your beautiful self, water, and maybe a friend!
