Moderated by Hillary Rodham Clinton, this discussion will feature former United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and former President of Chile, Michelle Bachelet; leading historian on the negotiation of the UDHR, Allida Black, prominent Ugandan LGBTI Rights Advocate, Frank Mugisha, and the Nobel Peace Prize-Winning Journalist, Maria Ressa.
