About this event

Did you know that dehydrated fruits make delicious beverages anytime of the year? In this course, you will learn to blend dehydrated fruits and spices to make popular cocktails. Your blend can be infused with alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. Participants will make two jars of fruit cocktail blends to infuse at home. Recipes will be provided to explore further fruit and spice combinations. This class is the second in the series about food dehydration and preparing ready to go foods and beverages.
