How does the seating work?

We review the list of ticket holders and when we see parties of 2 or more with the same contact info, we reserve those seats together.

Question 2

What if our party purchased the tickets under different names?

Accepted Answer

You can email us in advance the ticket holder names that would like to sit together and we will arrange that.  Our email is info@prismstl.com.

What if we purchased late and we missed sending you an email?

You can also let us know at check in the names in your group and the number of seats and we will work to get them arranged for you

Can you buy tickets at the door?

We have limited tickets available at the door.  This event is catered and we only order what is needed, and a few extra.  It is best to purchase in advance as the walk in sales could be closed once you arrive.  You call the morning of to check also.

Can we watch the show without purchasing brunch?

We have a few open seats BUT the seats are first reserved for ticket holders.  If you chose to arrive at 12:30 (showtime) you may opt to sit in the open seats (understanding some seat may belong to guests in the rest room or getting a second heling from the buffet).

Who caters the buffet?

Our brunch spread is catered locally by an LGBTQIA owned business, Orlando's Catering.  They have been our partner since the brunch show began.

Do you really have the best Bloody Mary's in the area?

Our customers say so, come see for yourself (this was is just for fun :)

Are strobe lights used?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they are a part of some performances, but we strive to accommodate individuals with specific needs, please contact us at info@prismstl.com and we can suspend the use of strobing lights for you, and it will still be a great time!

Is the space wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

YES! Your bartender will work with you to arrange the most comfortable and enjoyable seat.
