This workshop is for all couples who are looking to grow and strengthen their relationship. Whether that be moving in together, marriage, or deepening their overall commitment, this workshop will help you navigate the hard conversations. We will address ways to deepen your understanding of communication patterns, conflict resolution, physical intimacy, finances, as well as managing family relationships. The workshop will include a combination of psycho-education, reflection questions, and group discussion.
Workshop overview:
Week 1 - Learn about attachment styles and ways of giving and receiving love; explore why these are important to know for your partner as well as yourself.
Week 2 - Use a case study to gain more insight into common communication patterns, and ways to cope if you find yourself in conflict with one another.
Week 3 - Learn about concepts of physical and emotional intimacy, and how certain factors impact the way you connect with yourself and your partner.
Week 4 - Finances and family relationships - Explore ways to deepen your understanding of your own relationship with money, as well as important boundary-setting practices with family.
This workshop is for partners to attend together; live participation is encouraged as this workshop will not be recorded. Sessions will be held online via Zoom on Thursdays at 5 pm, from June 6th - June 27th.
Cost: $200 per couple for 4-week session
