<p>Genever is the best gin you have never heard of and is the most popular spirit to this day in the Netherlands. Try a taste of what gin tasted like 400 years ago learn about the history and production process of making Genever. Afterwards students will get a chance to sample and smell individual botanicals and learn about taste profiles of different styles. Finally, students will be able to make their own custom gin blend of botanicals that they can later add to their bottle of McClintock Maryland Heritage White Whiskey to create their own version of Genever!</p><p>Attendees will receive a bottle of whiskey, their own botanical jar, one cocktail and light bites throughout the event.</p>
