Our introductory Chinese Dumplings class is not to miss!

Delve into the art of dumpling crafting as you master the fundamental techniques of wrapping various shapes, from the elegant triangle to the charming wonton and the intricate pleated crescent. Our expert-led cooking class will not only provide hands-on experience with premium store-bought dumpling wrappers but also elevate your knife skills as you prepare and slice ingredients with precision. You have the choice to make two different types of fillings: Ground Chicken (with Mushroom, Cabbage & Ginger) and a Vegetarian option.

Elevate your dumpling-making experience by infusing your creations with your own unique touch. Learn the approachable technique of pan frying your dumplings to pot sticker perfection. Then there's nothing left to do except savor the delight of your very own culinary masterpieces.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you are part of a large group. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.
