You may have seen our chocolate featured on Fab.com, and taking this class is a great way to not only try some but to learn to make your own!

Roll up your sleeves and join us in the kitchen as we walk you through the process of creating delicious handmade chocolates.

 We'll be making chocolate in a minimally processed way using local honey to sweeten it. (There'll be no gluten or dairy in the class, in case you're allergic). During the class we will provide you with a brief overview of chocolate-making, ranging from a historic look at Mayan practices, to common modern methods that diminish the rich flavor and health benefits of cacao.

Whatever confections you don’t devour are yours to take home along with memories of a decadently fun evening.

Please note: Ticket sales are are generally considered final- though you can gift it to a friend (or someone who until they go was an enemy). We will try to accomade emergencies or unexpected events and move you to another class if necessary but can't make any guarantees.
