<h3>Age Restrictions</h3><p>For ages 13 &amp; up</p>

<h3>Description</h3><p>We’ll show you how to make a light and fluffy masa; provide guidance and options so that you can assemble fillings to your taste; and include steaming and serving suggestions. You’ll make 12 tamales and take them with you at the end of class.</p><p>For ages 13 &amp; up. Children 17 &amp;  younger must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.</p>

<h3>Menu</h3><ul><li><p>Chicken Tamales with Salsa Verde </p></li><li><p>Pork Tamales with Salsa Roja </p></li></ul><p>These items will be available to customize your tamales:</p><ul><li><p><em>Rajas Poblanas</em> (Roasted Poblano Chiles with Onions &amp; Herbs</p></li><li><p>Assorted Cheeses</p></li><li><p>Refried Beans</p></li></ul>

<p><strong>Safety &amp; Precautions</strong></p><ul><li><p>At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.</p></li><li><p>For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.</p></li><li><p>Some COVID-related restrictions may apply.</p></li></ul>
