MAKE & TAKE: Live-Edge Epoxy River Tray!

Looking for that perfect, one-of-a-kind gift? Why not give the “Gift of Experience”? Our classes and workshops are the perfect “unique” alternative to a material gift or “stuff” for any occasion! Come learn to build and pour your very own live-edge river tray. This class will teach you how to prepare the small live-edge walnut slabs, building molds, leak control, clamping, and epoxy mixing, tinting, and pouring. Students will return during the next week to un-mold, plane, and sand the table to an excellent luster. The final tray dimensions will be roughly 17” x 9” x 3/4”. This is a 2 day class, dates are 4/2 and 4/9. All class participants receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased in the store on the same day of their class. Exclusions Apply. Students should come properly attired for a woodworking class (tight fitting clothing, long hair restrained and constrained from the face); and bring or wear provided industry standard hearing protection and safety glasses during equipment operation. All woodworking classes are held in a store that sells a wide variety of woods, including exotic woods such as cedar, aromatic cedar and other products (e.g., finishes, cleaners, etc.) that may cause allergic or other reactions in a small number of cases.
